An unbeaten century by Shane Dowrich put West Indies in command at the second day of 1st Test against Sri Lanka at Port of Spain.
Dowrich scored 125 not out in 325 balls and lead West Indies to a commendable 414/8 before Holder declared. Keemar Roch also frustrates Sri Lankan bowlers with a helping hand of 39 as he with Dowrich put an important 75 run partnership.
In the final session of day 2 West Indies produced an outstanding fast bowling display and put Sri Lanka in trouble as they were 31/3 at stumps.
Sri Lanka lost Kusal Perera on the second ball of the inning, Kusal Mendis Also fell cheaply on 4 and Angelo Mathews become the victim of Jason Holder on 11. Wicket of Mathews was such a big blow for the visitors, which put host in commanding position.
